Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Some of our items are made to order through print-on-demand partners. This means products are created especially for you once your order is placed, which may add to processing time.
During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Locations
At this time, Loas Boutique ships within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Loas Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Shipping Delays
Loas Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs (if applicable), or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Loas Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
